My life long experience with real estate and my professional career gives me the knowledge and experience to be consistently successful.

My real estate career began when I was still in school. My first job was as a maintenance tech and lawn care worker at a local apartment complex.

I rose to weekend leasing agent and then on to the property manager after graduating college.

Over the years I have acquired rental properties and maintain a winning track record with always achieving cash flow and making all my monthly debt obligations on time. I take pride in that. Even during tough real estate times, ie. the 2008-2009 real estate bubble, Covid 19, and a few hurricanes, I never missed a payment or used a skip payment option that was offered..

Strategically, I have learned to never make acquisitions in periods when prices were inflated, and always acquiring properties at the right time and right price.

One of my strength is how to best market and achieve a high occupancy rate quickly, with quality tenants. Making the right investments in the property is key.

I take a conservative approach in business and my high credit score and relatively low debt to income speaks for itself.

Many years with a professional career in finance, assures my commitment to maintain high standards in all my business matters.

Sales are key to my success. I was consistently a top five percent banking center manager at Bank of America.

With a thoughtful process, my current focus is now on multi-family properties and leveraging my existing properties.
