  • Passed the law exam for the CR37 plumbing license requirements through ROC. Have not taken the trade exam yet but have studied, read the IFGC, IMC, IPC and the1926 OSHA Construction Industry Regulations & Standards books. I will be taking both exams in the future.

Reading blue prints for the past 24 years

Extremely intelligent in math, know how to braise with and with out oxygen acetylene tanks can operate backhoe, skid steer, fork lift, boom lift, and water trucks

Have installed gas systems with mega press, water lines with both expansion and crimp tools

I've plumbed projects in which I only installed cast iron, but I've worked with just about every other material there is in this trade From Red clay, lead and occum galvanized, stainless steel, PE Wardflex, 3" pex, all of the PVC family

I worked in almost conditions and situations or scenario we my trade was needed, such as, TIs, remodels, expansion projects, locating existing sewer lines, make safes for both avoiding restraints and conflicts with other trades Have threaded and welded 3" to 6" gas systems High, medium and low pressure systems Have read the IPC book and have one with me Very knowledgeable of code Multiple years of doing take offs and bidding man hours, plus redline when needed Produce professional installation in a efficient time line by laying out my crew and designating the proper people to an assignment or task to complete with confidence to avoid doing work twice Leadership, dispersing, training, evaluating, and dismissing my plumbers when needed to keep producing and avoid mishaps Communicating with everyone to assure I can do what is needed at that time I am a working foreman, in which I'll do the paperwork, the meetings, the pre-task forms, the punch list RFIs, change orders, logging incidents, broken or damaged sewed systems Inverted, material, all this while still in the ditch piping, on a ladder hanging pipe I work with my crew
