I have worked for CACI for over 3 years. I was an intern during my first year, but since then I have worked under System Testing and Manufacturing Engineering. My philosophy when it comes to my work is to get it done right the first time. I take pride in my work and want to help others achieve pride in theirs. There are times where it is important to slow down, ask questions, and be cautious in order to get work done correctly. Now, I do appreciate trial-and-error in problem solving! That does not take awayy the importance of consistent, accurate product in a manufacturing environment.
