•Build coil steel processing equipment most of the time unsupervised but also as a team when needed. Utilize equipment such as cranes, fork trucks, pallet jacks for heavy lifting.

•Physically demanding requirements including crawling, kneeling, working on ladders, scissor lifts. Manipulation of heavy objects 50+ pounds on a common basis.

• Completed daily data sheets and associated paperwork for tracking progress on machine. Maintain cleanliness of facility using unpowered equipment. Complete inventory control sheets.

•Perform operations where standard methods may not be available so parts fit with care and required specifications. Following strict use of PPE. Eye protection, face shield usage, and steel toe shoes.

•Control and manipulation of Industrial equipment and machinery. This includes control of numeric control and computer numerical control equipment NC or CNC devices. Developed skills in troubleshooting, retrofitting, and modifying electrical equipment and controls.

•Utilize adaptive computer machine controls, PID loops, to test calibrate, or improve equipment processes. Experience with installing new electrical systems. This includes knowledge adapting electronic controls into pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Utilizing sensor inputs and outputs in a PLC.

•Demanding physical requirements, including crawling, kneeling, working on ladders. Manipulation of heavy objects including mounting, lifting, or installing 35+ pound objects on a common basis.

• Following strict usage of PPE. Eye protection, and face shield usage are required while working in certain environments. This also includes arc flash gear while working with high voltages, and safety harness while working in elevated conditions.

•Working overtime, holidays, and non standard shifts is common. We work to meet requirements of production. Worked on 2nd shift, 3PM-11PM •Troubleshooting and interfacing with Allen Bradley, and Siemens controllers. Utilizing Allen Bradley software, RSLogix 500 and RSLogix 5000 to maintain or fix control systems. •Experience with pressurized systems. Process air, process water, chilled water. Regulation and control of these systems to keep production consistent. This includes working with high/low pressure chillers, and VFD's controlling air compressors.

•Utilization of test and calibration equipment to maintain or improve electrical systems. Using equipment specific tools, and knowledge is common for effective work.

•Worked well independently and on a team to solve problems. Working without direct supervision is common. Making calls in the companies best interest is priority.

•6+ Experience with 480v, 277v, 120v, 24vdc and 12vdc Have worked with Sepro, Fanuc robot customer support to solve many issues including mastering of Fanuc robots and rebuilding/replacing axis on Fanuc robots. Have done the 3 year greasing preventative maintenance as well and assisted with programming the robot path.

• 5+ years Experience with troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems, installing blower motors, capacitors, condensers, replacing entire rooftop units. Also maintained and kept reports on all rooftop and residential style units.

•I was part of the safety unit team my entire maintenance career.

•Developed skills troubleshooting and maintaining Industrial equipment. Worked with journeyman level Maintenance technician to learn the skills needed to be efficient and safe in the field.

•Learned welding, grinding, drilling, tapping, multimeter testing, Crane operation, Fork truck certified, Manlift operation. Use of various handtools were required, wrenches, hammers, drills, core drills, screwdrivers, pipe threader, tubing bender, conduit bender, hydraulic hose crimper and cutter.

•Assisted in inventory control with tracking parts used with crib attendents. Maintained facility cleanliness with unpowered cleaning equipment and some pnuematic power equipment.

• Followed strict PPE. Eye protection, hearing protection and face shield usage are required while working in certain environments.

•Attended school while working full time as apprentice and also weekends and holidays as production schedule demanded.

•Safely and efficiently operated Fanuc, Sepro robots and also Krauss maffei and Klocker windsor presses to meet the demands of production.

•Used various hand tools to diagnose and repair engines, braking, 12v electrical systems, ABS and non ABS braking hydraulic systems.

•Dyno tuned engines for optimum efficiency.

•Worked with harley davidson technical support to resolve issues beyond the dealerships sole ability. •Worked with insurance agencies for adjustments of repairs needed. Attended periodic training to stay accredited within the Harley davidson bar and shield status of technicians.

•Maintained shop cleanliness and grounds cleanliness. Wore all appropriate PPE including protective clothing riding boots, gloves and helmet while operating motorcycle.
