Experienced operating officer with 20 years of government service and a life long agricultural background. Skilled in livestock management, sustainable farming, equipment maintenance and longevity. Proven track record of enhancing herd health with body score conformation and reducing feed costs through pasture improvements and rotational grazing practices. Successful at quick decision making when handling bison to ensure the safety of all hands and of the animal.

• Executed the testing of our bison and three other ranchers with multiple bison specific research programs through three separate Universities. This collaboration, spanning over 5 year, contributed to the further understanding of parasites, diets and mineral utilization.
• Serves as a consultant for 10 bison ranches. Successfully trained eight beginning ranchers through an apprenticeship training program with Texas A&M resulting in a 90% of ranchers operations their own ranches for over two years.
• Featured speaker at bison and agricultural events and conferences at state and national levels. Active mentor in the bison community continuously sought out for herd improvements, practical knowledge, and native value added products.
