I have been working in Manufacturing/Industry for the past 25 years. I have also been in a lead or management role during many of these years. Very experienced in the science of Molded recyclable paper to Virgin pulp. My experience with long hours, both Dayshift and Nightshift and being called in for support. I am used to working in very demanding environments and around dangerous equipment. Safety is my focus first before anything else whether it is quality, production etc. I am a very good communicator with fellow employee's and understand how important teamwork is to make things work as planned. Very reliable with high energy and a positive attitude at the work place. I am very capable at learning new processes as well as troubleshooting problems with the process and correcting them.

Accomplishments

  • Commissioned both of the Large TAD paper machines at Irving Tissue in Macon. Also was part of the process of starting up a Green Site and the challenges that come along with that process at Irving Tissue in Macon. I was also part of the rebuild of the Pactiv facility after a large fire damaged most of the plant. Have traveled and trained at other problem facilities in Fargo, Ft Edward and Toronto.
