  • First hired in Tulsa, OK, then relocated to Mount Pleasant, Iowa, to transform and expand our already existing Prepress department. Within months, I was promoted to manager over the press room, which encompassed another 14 employees.
  • By 2008 promoted to include Data Processing programming and Data Sort - thus creating a streamlined flow for a better customer experience.
  • Directly responsible for twenty-four employees, reporting directly to the Senior Vice President.
  • Throughout my twelve years in this role, I worked closely with our highest-revenue customers - traveling to California, Nebraska, Virginia, and Washington multiple times for one-on-one customer interactions. These relationships were then used to bring about customer loyalty which afforded the opportunity to collaborate on systems that brought synergies to both the customer and the company.
  • Partnered with subject matter experts in the continuous improvement process, upgraded data quality, and recommended innovative production strategies

Achievements and Awards

Created a fundraising organization that solicits donations from my 998 friends on Facebook. In the past five years, we have collected $195,000 plus (small donations that come in almost every single day) - these donations have funded the following for Bangladesh:

  • Girls Home (Started with five and now includes 20 pre-teen girls brought in from far rural Bangladesh. Each has lost at least one custodial parent. The money collected educates, clothes, feeds, and provides a safe environment in Mymensingh. $2,500 monthly budget
  • Twenty-five thousand plus pounds of rice were distributed (mostly during multiple lockdowns in 2020-2021). One 25 KG bag at a time. We estimate that we sustained close to six hundred families during those bleak times
  • Seven hundred Christmas Gift Boxes were purchased, filled, and delivered to extreme rural parts of Bangladesh
  • Thirty church buildings were built and lay pastors employed
  • Twelve-hundred plus blankets bought for those in extreme poverty
  • Fostered relationships and then mentored two separate non-affiliated Christians (Mymensingh and Khulna) to distribute, feed, and preach the word of Jesus Christ
  • Personally traveled to Bangladesh in January 2020 to visit seven rural churches. Three years later, I solicited funds to send my 20 and 16-year-old sons to visit twenty-five rural churches and our girl's home
  • Eight hundred ducks / fifteen sewing machines / one specialty handicap bicycle - purchased and given to families to make a permanent change to leave severe poverty and provide for themselves
