• Quality inspection: Inspecting welds for defects and ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshooting and repair: Identifying and resolving mechanical issues within welded assemblies, including alignment problems, leaks, and component failures.
• Maintenance and preventative maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on welding equipment and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Safety compliance: Following all safety procedures related to welding operations, including proper PPE usage and working within safety guidelines.
• Collaboration with other teams: Coordinating with welders, engineers, and other personnel to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

• Health and welfare : Identify sick pigs, administer vaccinations and medications, and ensure pigs have access to clean water
• Performance : Monitor the quality of produce and the performance of the farm
• Planning : Set production targets and budgets
• Purchasing : Buy materials like feed and seed
• Record keeping : Keep accurate records of feeding, breeding, and medical treatments
• Compliance : Ensure the farm operates within legal guidelines and adheres to animal welfare regulations

Primarily responsible for the day-to-day care and management of the animals at the farm, including feeding, cleaning, health monitoring, breeding management, record-keeping, and ensuring animal welfare standards are met, all while adhering to farm biosecurity protocols and relevant legislation.
