Caterpillar's "Flagship" program is a leadership development training initiative designed for leaders within Cat dealerships. The program focuses on building leadership capabilities and provides opportunities for networking and collaboration among participants. A three week course that includes hands on role play to strengthen and build leadership and peer development skills that culminates with a group project that is sponsored by the participants home dealership. These projects are meant to improve processes and elevate each dealership, and are continually developed and implemented at their dealership after graduation.
