• Runnings is a retail store that sells Outdoor gear, Sporting goods, Farm supplies, Clothing/Footwear, Hardware and Home essentials. Stores are between 85,000 and 100,000 square feet
• I was instrumental in opening New stores in NY and NH. Tasks included staffing and training of new hires - management and hourly, store merchandising efforts to create an appealing store atmosphere that drove customer engagement and increased sales conversions.

• Company Overview: BENABI PHOTOGRAPHIC is a freelance, commission-based business that I own. On a part time basis, I specialize in motorsport photography. I am commissioned by newspapers, periodicals, racing teams and Marketing/Public Relation firms to take images that they require. I also provide photography services for Local News reporting, Real Estate, Commercial media, Event, and Private Commissions.
• Utilized advanced editing techniques to enhance image quality and create visually striking photos that captivated audiences.

• Company Overview: Stroehmann is owned by BIMBO the largest bakery in North America. They own other familiar brands Arnold, Thomas’ English Muffins, Freihofer and proprietary store brands.
• I am responsible for ordering and merchandising bread products in large retail customers, such as Wegmans, Tops, Wal Mart, BJ's and TARGET in Monroe, Ontario, Seneca, and Livingston counties. My duties include ordering product, planograms, marketing, inventory of product, quality control and working with the store management to planogram in the best light to maximize sales and brand image.

• Responsible for overall retail operations of the Manchester, Canandaigua, Clifton Springs, and Geneva locations. I was instrumental in initial new store openings.
• Regular duties include weekly payroll, daily cash handling, deposits, inventory control and daily stock adjustments. Coordinate proper logistics, receiving, warehousing and pricing of product and merchandise. I ensure the store follows proper marketing and weekly planograms.
• I have worked with local community leaders to promote the store to win their loyalty. I am an active member of the local Chamber of Commerce. We have provided donations for area events and projects. We have participated in numerous parades and festivals.
• My store location is the flagship store for the district. I was also the only certified manager trainer in the Northeast Region. I have exceeded budgeted sales and profit goals for the past five years. My stores also has the lowest employee turnover rate in the district and the highest comp sales.

I was responsible for the overall operation of the Travel Store Profit Center including maintenance and cleanliness of the main building. Main building is an 11,000 square foot property comprised of the Travel Store, 18 showers, restrooms, Gas/Diesel Fuel Islands with 24 pumps.

• I coordinate the hiring, orientation, training, and scheduling of forty associates as well as three Assistant Managers. planograms and marketing duties. Maintain relationships with local community groups, vendors, and investors.
• Review Financial information on a daily basis, such as: sales, payroll, P&L, comp sales and sales vs. budget and LY.

• My responsibilities include hiring, training, and scheduling of associates. GM is also responsible for financial monitoring, ordering and completes monthly store inventories as well as daily cash handling. I am proficient in mixing and baking company products including specialty breads, cakes, cookies, and scones.
• Company involvement in Rochester Events and Festivals. Personal visits to area businesses for Brand Identity to drive sales.
• During the period of 2000 through 2004, I was also responsible for offsite sales involving the wholesale and satellite location portion of our business, primarily in supermarkets and convenience stores. This involved up to 60 wholesale customers in the surrounding four counties.

• Responsible for season opening of food service facilities including, initial staffing, orientation, training, and ordering of product. Created menus and pricing for the bar and the Iroquois party room. I regularly performed in-house marketing and promotion of service. Cost control was a paramount concern, especially in the bar. I was accountable for daily cash responsibilities. My ongoing responsibilities include scheduling, ordering, inventory, and customer service.

• I was instrumental in the successful opening of two Travel Plaza locations on the New York State Thruway (Clifton Springs and Junius Ponds). Coordinated activities related to planning, training, and developmental efforts to insure efficiency of operations. I created plans and policies to assure achievement of budgeted sales and profit. Able to analyze profits through various activities including forecasting, adjusting to changing business situations, control of labor expenditures, cost of sales and direct store expenditures. I maintained a positive relationship between Marriott Corporation and representatives of the New York State Thruway Authority. I endeavored to maintain regular communication regarding quality, service, and problem resolution. I am franchise certified in Burger King, Starbucks, Dunkin’ Donuts, Roy Rogers and Sbarro.
