When I was a Police Officer, we got a call for a vehicle that had wrecked on the highway and was a one-vehicle accident. My partner and I arrived on location and found both driver and passenger passed out, and the doors were locked and the vehicle running. We busted out the window and tried to wake the driver up, and since he didn't respond, we checked for a pulse. There was no pulse on either driver or passenger, so we pulled them out of the vehicle and started CPR, and we were able to revive both persons.
