Job Responsibilities

• Successfully completes assigned projects on or before assigned target dates
• Running Splunk reports weekly to validate project equipment is being installed in a timely fashion, including clean up reports, and locating equipment that is not in SAP
• Managing Microsoft Teams by creating and organizing folders, documentation and other tasks for both Service and Implementation teams
• Provides Supervisor with populated Telecom forms for current remodels as well as ordering all necessary remodel equipment
• Category leader for new store installs - Primary Lead Tech on Miami South stores assigning task list duties, validating installs and conducting meetings when needed ensuring swift completion. Keeps the Implementation team up to date on all new processes and procedures
• Managing Project Warehouse S034- Ensuring all equipment is accounted for in both SAP and physically, including receiving, issuing equipment and ordering of all packing materials when needed
• Assisting trainers with project, new store, and service documentation to improve processes and provide feedback
• Typing and organizing team meeting minutes to assure all pertinent information given in both Microsoft Teams and in-person meetings is documented
• New Store/Remodel Process Improvement Team- Assisting in creating and modifying current processes and equipment ordering task lists in SAP to cut costs and improve efficiency

Accomplishments

• Senior Tech achieved 5 years after hiring
• Volunteered to be New Store Category leader
• Created a streamlined 'New Store Task List', finalized with Leadership, that is published and currently the new standard for new store installs throughout the chain. Improving new store install times by 50% and creating accountability for installation teams
• Volunteered to install S1818 without assistance and completed store under the department average time
• Maintaining 100% van inventory since hire date
• Contributing to PTS success by volunteering to travel to assist other divisions complete new store installs
• Delivering critical 4G/5G routers before and after hurricanes, outside of normal work hours, ensuring minimal downtime of stores affected
• Aided Mike Kelly by retrieving and delivering servers from Lakeland on a Saturday to regain functionality of store 658 during a significant equipment failure
