Summary

I am currently a Senior Manager, in my 17th year of working in Management, Project Manager, Program Manager and Subject Matter Expert roles within the Retail – Electronic Equipment industry. Through these 17 years I have worked in a progression of roles at the store, district, region and national-levels. I have developed proven skills such as leadership, Team and cross-functional Team building, that I can apply to any business, in any industry.

My primary focus has been to launch and support systems that provide store Teams with what they need to efficiently resolve customer’s electronic device issues. The success that I have enjoyed in this work was achieved by creating partnerships with internal Teams and external clients such as Apple and Samsung.

Work History

Senior Manager

Asurion
Remote
08.2017 - Current

Providing Project and Program Manager support to device repair operations in Sprint/T-Mobile, AT&T and Asurion retail store locations nationally. Interfaced directly with supporting Vendors, representing the business and ensuring the needs of the business were met. Launched critical initiatives that impacted all locations, receiving recognition from internal Teams and external entities for on schedule launch and successful results:

  • Fielding of Macbooks to 450 Sprint stores, to perform diagnostics required by Apple during the repair of iPhones displays in the stores. Through direct work with Apple, Sprint and internal Teams, was able to launch use of the Macbooks on schedule, with high compliance (according to Apple) for execution of the required diagnostics. Personally received a monetary bonus from Asurion for outstanding work performance for this initiative.
  • Fielded additional equipment and processes to support additional diagnostic requirements from Apple. The potential risk from a failed launch was the stoppage of approximately 800 repairs jobs daily, across the program. Took the Lead role for Asurion to launch the initiative, supporting all aspects of training development, communication, reverse logistics and process development. The initiative was launched on schedule and received recognition was received from Apple, Sprint and Asurion leaders for my personal involvement with the launch.
