• Design, program, and de-bug robotics systems for new assembly lines and processes.
• Commission new assembly lines for customers across North America
• Provide customers with service, such as reworking assembly lines and making changes or additions to existing assembly lines.
• Work alongside mechanical and electrical engineers to ensure the commissioning of assembly lines will go smoothly.

• Assisted Controls Engineers in programming, troubleshooting, and cycle time evaluation
• Retaught Robot points using both Teach Pendant and computer software
• Set up robotics simulations through ROBOGUIDE
• Used ROBOGUIDE to improve cycle times, the longevity of robot axes, and the accuracy/efficiency of robot programs
• Assisted set up and adjustment of HMI and PLC programs (Siemens and Allen Bradley)
• Participated in team meetings to gather a mutual understanding of project tasks

As an AMT at Toyota, the majority of my time at work was spent in production, learning the processes and machines used in my area. There were times that I was allowed to shadow maintenance or complete special projects. This gave me a better understanding of the importance of ensuring that all equipment worked on must be 100%, otherwise problems will occur later on.
