Christopher Rhodes

· Responds to fire and medical emergency calls and provides medical assistance and fire suppression services

· Drives fire/ems apparatus, taking the most direct route to the incident scene, and maneuvering around obstructions as necessary for correct and safe positioning

· Operates and maintains firefighting equipment such as fire engines, ladders, hoses, and pumps

· Completes required safety training and maintains a high level of safety awareness at all times

· Supervise a staff of 70 public safety team members

· Scheduling and logistics for team members at multiple locations

· Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and direction

· Supervise and train public safety leads in the handling of calls for service
