Responsible for setting up all food and liquor accounts as well as set up and organization of the restaurant. Responsible for all restaurant operations and adhering to budgeted food, liquor, labor, and profit expectations. Managed a team of 50-55 employees and 3 assistant managers.
  • After a successful store opening I was transferred to the Puyallup location in May 2007. Took over a location that was not very clean or organized and was experiencing high turnover. With better organization and improved systems in place I was able to help improve employee morale and turn the Puyallup location into an model location. Number one in Zero tolerance shortlist in Apple American Group in 2006.
