In search of golden purpose, Chris A. Riley discovered engineering and inventing at age four with his first creation: The Racer. In his current variety of endeavors, he looks to greatly expand his knowledge with aspirations to improve the world for its inhabitants.
· Assisted in teaching teachers and students how to run the fabrication laboratory space and assisted with summer workshops training teachers with machines and materials in their classrooms.
· Fabricated class materials for multiple classes being taught in the lab. Altered and created parts with metal hammers, punches, drills, and shears. Fabricated electronic circuits per design specifications.
· Demonstrated how to use power tools to grind, sand and polish metals, plastics, and wood products.
· Helped other students to complete Fab Lab tasks on time and effectively.
· Worked well in a team environment as well as independently as a leader.
· Used various softwares to develop and design scale drawings of systems and products (Fusion 360 + Circuit design).
