Worked in Food & Beverage managing about 50 to 75 team members. I ran 3 venues. I set up each team members cash till for the day, assigned each team member their work stations for the day, managed the safe, made daily bank deposits, made sure each venue had enough product or supplies for the day and made sure all guests were having a great time and were being treated well by our team members.
Rented storage units, cleaned and maintained property as well as storage units, made sure all vacant units were cleaned and ready to be rented, made collection calls, prepared auction units as far as making sure the add was ready and placing online for auction, sold merchandise, set up merchandise displays, cash handling and daily deposits. I also lived on property.
