I am a high achieving and experienced Quality Systems Technician with almost 8 years experience at Trane Technologies. I am a well of knowledge in all products we produce here in Lynn Haven. For example, in 2023 I was chosen to lead the training and development of a product that was transitioned to Mexico. I overcame language barriers, way of life changes, to use my skill's and knowledge to help the business launch a successful product in another country in just a few months. My long term goal is centered on working for this company for many years to come to help break the ground with new ideas, new targets, and new products. I am passionate and motivated about the work I do for our customers and will always keep them, and the company at the forefront of everything I do. I am the type of person that will take ownership of my professional development to ensure I add value to my team.
