Closely coordinated with key stakeholders to ensure project success criteria were met before handing projects off to daily operations.
  • Managed Retail Supply and Logistics for P&G Home Care products (Dawn, Cascade, Swiffer, Febreze, Mr. Clean) at Costco during COVID-19 Pandemic. Leveraged relationships with internal teams Demand/Supply Planning teams and Customer Buying teams to work through product allocation to deliver benchmark results in On Shelf Availability and Forecast Accuracy, among other KPIs, which enabled over-delivery of Sales, Profit, and Share growth from 2020-22.
  • Led supply and inventory planning for ~1200 SKUs in Procter & Gamble’s largest beauty business. Served a team of 40+ supply planners in multiple leadership facets. Developed competencies in supply planning, inventory management, capacity planning, contract manufacturing relationship & performance management, new product introduction, data analytics, process automation, and tactical/operational/strategic planning.
  • In all organizations in which I have served, I have prioritized leveraging my skills and experiences to develop and deliver onboarding, sustainment training, and culture programs. I dedicate ~10% of each week to mentoring early and mid-career managers and technicians, another ~10% to recruiting the best talent to P&G and developing plans to foster an open, inclusive, and collaborated culture with the organizations I serve.

Project Manager

Desert Utility & Paving, LLC
04.2012 - 10.2014
  • Served in all necessary capacities. Taught myself the fundamentals of financial accounting, state and federal laws applicable to business operations and construction, plans reading, procurement, project management, and website administration, among others.
  • When I left, I was leading a team of 10 salaried supervisors and 80+ tradesman building on multiple construction projects across the state of New Mexico.
  • Led construction team to profitable and timely completion of more than 30 construction projects with sizes ranging from $10M to $2.1MM. Enabled the company to grow in revenue from $250k in Year 1 to $21M in Year 3.

  • Led a manufacturing team of 24 direct reports and 18 indirect reports in daily production of surgical suture. Consistently delivered daily production and efficiency targets, product quality, maintenance resource allocation for 20 machines, and employee staffing and relations in a unionized manufacturing facility. Supported Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma initiatives by serving as operations process owner on multidisciplinary teams.
  • Identified significant cultural issues upon assuming leadership responsibilities for my shift. Aligned a strategic employee relations initiative with plant leadership to improve morale and oversaw implementation. Eight months post-implementation shift output had increased by 5% and employee-reported job satisfaction saw similar improvement.

Combat Arms Officer

U.S. Army
06.2006 - 06.2011
  • Led Soldiers at multiple levels of the organization, from a team of 11 in combat to the operational planning team for 3,600. Consistently selected for difficult and ambiguous assignments due my ability to learn quickly, to evaluate a situation, and to develop tactical and operational plans to achieve desired strategic outcomes.
  • Selected for deployment to Iraq in 2009 to serve in a position reserved for a more senior officer on a small team embedded with the Iraqi National Security Forces on the Iranian border. Quickly gained rapport with the host nation’s forces, developed and executed a joint operational plan to improve border security, and realized zero casualties over the course of the 11-month deployment.
  • Selected as the Operations Planner for 3,600-person brigade by demonstrating the capacity to understand strategic imperatives, to develop cogent operational plans, and to effectively communicate these plans to subordinate commanders in written and spoken word. Developed and delivered more than 100 operations orders to subordinate commanders and general officers.
  • While deployed, identified significant throughput and security inspection opportunities at a commercial port of entry, for which I had responsibility. Taught myself the fundamentals of process improvement and Arabic, which enabled me to jointly develop a site improvement strategy and implementation plan with Iraqi counterparts. Following implementation, daily throughput increased ~200% and cargo searches increased by 500%.
