- Provide support to front desk staff during high call volumes and emails

- Aid on staff DDS to follow up primary and secondary insurance claims
- Balance appointments weeks in advance in coordination with DDS availability
- Documenting eligible expenses for essential supplies and PPE funded by SBA loans.
- Correspond via phone and email with vendors to keep impression supplies well stocked for crown moldings
- Welcome patients into waiting room and ensure proper precautions are adhered to.
- Register new patients and open accounts within office system
- Attend bi weekly meetings with DDS; act as a liaison between upper management and staff members to any changes in front desk processes.
- Conduct regular inventory assessments of office supplies, ordering necessary items proactively to prevent supply shortages.
