Christopher Scafe

This being my second year I was entrusted with more significant responsibilities such as overseeing multi-day tests as well as becoming a more trusted member of the team. I was expected to both retain what I had learned the previous year and to learn how to undergo the more strenuous tests that require a significant deal of precision.

• Demonstrated strong multitasking skills by managing multiple tables simultaneously without compromising service quality.
• Served food and beverages promptly with focused attention to customer needs.
• Worked with POS system to place orders, manage bills, and handle complimentary items.
• Collaborated with team members during busy shifts for efficient workflow and excellent guest experiences.
• Would often collaborate with others on larger parties that required more hands per person.
• Was expected to have aspects of the menu memorized for the guests convenience.

• I would often be called on as the runner to go out in the field and gather the samples that we needed to get through in a day.
