Over the past 18 years I have been given the opportunity to be involved in many operational aspects of the restaurant business at multiple levels of management. My career has offered me the opportunity to be a Senior General Manager, a Certified Corporate Trainer, as well as a Director of Operations. My responsibilities were not limited to being in charge of implementing and enforcing company policies, procedures, and standards in all customer and employee related fields at a multi-unit level. I am a dedicated and hardworking manager that inspires and leads the company and employees to success.
