Throughout the various roles that I have listed above, representing differentiating membership has been my responsibility and passion. From representing 100 members of the Neapco Unit's 3rd shift, to the 18,000 members of the AFL-CIO's Central Labor Council of Monroe/Lenawee Counties as a 1st Vice President, leadership has been a role that I take extremely seriously and with relentless approach. As a leader in the labor movement, it is not only important, but imperative that we take our roles and responsibilities as serious as humanly possible to ensure that this movement continues forward with progress through the next generation.
