  Course: Strategic Planning for Public & Non-Profit Organizations
  Subject Matter: This class covered key steps in thinking, acting, and learning strategically. I also covered the dynamics of strategic planning: the particulars of context, and the careful thinking about purposes, goals, and situational requirements i.e., political, legal, administrative, ethical, and environmental.
  
  Course: Church Administration
  Subject Matter: The aim of this course was to cover every aspect of church life including but not limited to the organizational, programmatic, and promotional characteristics of ministry. I was able to include worship, preaching, pastoral care, finance, evangelistic outreach, and the responsibility of clerical and non-clerical persons in the growth and development of church life.
