All maintenance responsibilities for 45 apartments and all common areas. Duties include painting, plumbing, electrical work and heat and air conditioning. Daily repairs also include sheetrock and door repair clogged sinks and toilets and much more. As the maintenance manager I over see housekeeping department and order all supplies for maintenance and housekeeping. Hiring of all vendors or contractors and oversee projects done on sight.

I also did all unit turns which include full paints many different repairs and hiring out new flooring. The job also included being over housekeeping crew and make sure the apartments were getting cleaned properly. Hiring and being over the landscape crew.

Also minor repairs in sheetrock, door repairs,clogged sinks and toilets and much more. Hiring of different contractors like, landscapers, painters, carpet installers and conceal workers.
