On-call work to include supervision of employees on camera at the four different locations
Also on-call to support the managers as necessary
Responsible for staff levels, staff discipline and employee development within the restaurants

Weekly inspections of all four stores to ensure quality control and standards of excellence
Banking to include daily deposits and tracking to confirm all managers made accurate deposits
Auditing of weekly reports and control sheets, correcting errors where necessary
