I have worked in many areas of the plant. I drive a forklift and have special credentials to handle controlled substances through the FDA. I have been a lead machine operator and mechanic. I have been a group leader and have been in charge of day to day operations. Some of my job duties include

• Ensuring accurate documentation of production data for analysis and continuous improvement efforts.
• Training new employees on proper machine operation, ensuring adherence to company standards and safety guidelines.
• Adhering to strict quality control measures, guaranteeing consistent product output that met or exceeded customer expectations.
• Following safety protocols while handling hazardous materials.
• Participating in team meetings to discuss progress and results, providing ideas and suggestions for improvement.

I was in charge of line 2 making sure that everything ran smoothly from formulation to the packaging dept. I followed all procedures to make sure that all product was to customer satisfaction and USDA standards. My jobs included

• Trained new production staff members on safe and efficient production procedures and proper machine operations.
• Prepared, calibrated, and monitored production levels to achieve targets.
• Resolved conflict quickly to limit operational disruption and maintain positive, productive working environments.
• Conducted routine inspections to check quality and compliance with established specifications.
