- Estimated and sent all bid proposals, processed change orders, reviewed and signed contracts, processed billing for percentage completed, ordered all material for jobs, assigned all crews for projects, scheduled all material and equipment for delivery to jobsite, held monthly foreman meetings to discuss jobsite progress and setbacks, reviewed monthly, quarterly and yearly financials.
- Within 5 years we were working on large government projects, working with the Army Core of engineers on projects at Beale AFB and Travis AFB. We also built many title 24 schools, Jails, Water Treatment plants, Parks, and various other government projects.

I was fortunate to work with some of the old time bricklayers that were able to teach me techniques that seem to have been lost over time.
