Accomplishments

I won numerous safety awards while at Axis energy. I served in the United States Army during war time and non wartime eras. I have advanced or been involved of the advancement of countless individuals in my past field of work.

Additional Information

  • Most of my early adult life I battled addiction myself. From Cocaine and Methamphetamine to Alcohol andOpiod addiction. I have been clean and Sober for closer to 6 years now from illegal street drugs and 19 years sober from alcohol. The hardest thing I've ever been thru in life is addiction and recovery mainly Opiod addiction. I went thru counseling, treatment centers, and finally beat Opiod addiction Cold Turkey with the help of Almighty God and a true willingness to quit and the dark facts that if I did not the drug would kill me. I have a strong calling to help others that are suffering from the same disease that cost me so much in life and almost took my life. I know many addicts are on a very dark road and dont know how to get off that road. They feel hopeless and that no one understand them, judge them, look down on them. Being inside their head is the worse place a addict can be. I want people I come in contact with to know I do understand, I do care, and I do love them and want to help them recover so they can reach their true potential in life.
  • I plan on enrolling in Ivy Tech soon to start working towards a degree in substance abuse. There are many areas to chose from so I'm trying to start where I can so I can better understand where I would be most passionate and where I could do the most good.
