The scope of the deployments included leading the planning, resourcing, procurement, testing, deploying monitoring, reporting as well as team leadership. I also managed the budget for the program that exceeded $15M for this transformative initiative.
I led all aspects of the project from scoping through procurement, configuration, deployment as well as having managed a national vendor relationship ensuring timely, professional and successful deployment of all systems.
Communication/coordination touchpoints included establishing and maintaining an open channel with all regional and local business leaders across a multibillion dollar retail corporation.
One of my other enterprise initiative included leading a PayPal (SAP/web/AR) integration which has since outpaced online revenue projections. Impact to the company has since been in the neighborhood of $140M ~ $200M annually.

After studying the environment my department was successful in consolidating 3 enterprise backup solutions (VEEAM, Commvault, Veritas) into 1. We were also successful in negotiating us out of a perpetual lease contract (that was 12 years old) while getting the vendor to transfer all 1400 (+) leased line items to us without incurring any additional cost. Total cost savings/avoidance in my first year was just over $1M.
I have managed NOC and Managed Services teams ensuring we have proper SNMP toolsets to monitor and document our infrastructure, resulting gaining a crystal-clear snapshot of our customer base across >400 physical servers as well as an understanding of the underlying applications and potential business impact if we incur outages.
