I operate a BLM LT8 tube laser. I run the necessary programs to manufacture parts needed. I use mic’s & calipers to identify the proper material.

I inspected parts & installations ranging from the start to final inspection & bus testing. I also performed First Article inspections & did some tool calibrations. I worked hand to hand with several different individuals in reducing & eliminating issues. This job required the ability to read & interpret prints, also required an ability to communicate with people.

Manufactured components from flat sheet materials using hydraulic shear, iron worker, hydraulic brake press, and MIG/TIG welders. Assisted in measuring parts with tools such as outside micrometers, calipers, scales, and tape measures. Interpreted technical drawings and prints accurately.
