Assist homeowners and visitors alike by parking their vehicles retrieving packages grocery bags or luggage and carrying to elevator.

Answer incoming calls, sign in and announce all guest.

Sign in food delivery orders and personally drop off to homeowner's unit.

Report suspicious individuals/activity to security.

Handle home owners concerns and disputes during late night shift.

Protect privacy of high profile residents and guest.

Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.).
Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
Pick up trash from all locations in the store throughout the day and as needed.
Check parking lot to remove shopping carts and empty trash.
Break down boxes and stack for recycling.
Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
Power wash sidewalk and outside of building.
Wipe down tables on outside of building.
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
Make adjustments and minor repairs.
Follow employees guidelines for attendance, dress code and rules and regulations as outlined in the employee handbook.
Stock and maintain supply rooms.
Additional duties as assigned by Manager.

Greet guests, visitors, and service personnel sign them in and announce their arrival to appropriate homeowner.

Monitoring security cameras and activities at entrances, lobby garage and outside of building.
Report suspicious or criminal activity to law enforcement.

Deliver any packages to corresponding unit.

Keep tenants and management informed of any service outage and repairs needed throughout the building. Supervise maintenance personnel make sure public spaces were properly maintained.

Keep accurate maintenance records.

Performed cleaning and maintenance duties of 25,000 SQ Ft building while it was being refurbished and sustain-ably maintained. Duties included dry wall, changing windows, replacing light bulbs, painting the interior and exterior as well as sweeping moping power washing, window cleaning.
