
Although I started out focusing on an electrical background, throughout the years I have obtained a multitude of skills through OTJ training and life experience. I always bring a fresh perspective to help problem solve situations, and enjoy a challenge. I have been able to expand my constant thirst of knowledge through trying new things throughout my life so far.
I am currently one of the owners of a cleaning business that specializes in vacation rental properties; however, we have also dealt with several commercial properties as well. We currently have 13 properties that we handle, I also do all the maintenance on the properties including: plumbing, electrical, general maintenance, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting.
I worked part-time as a lead/training server for 10 years, I then switched to a cook/prep employee part-time in the mornings. This included all the restaurant's food preparation for the day and unloading/organizing food trucks. I also worked as their general maintenance technician through my entire employment, This included electrical, plumbing, stainless steel welding, and maintenance on equipment when needed.
Air Conditioning contractor in Fort, Meyers, Florida. I ran day to day operations and scheduled all technicians installs and maintenance. I also installed and evaluated air conditioning systems with both commercial and residential systems. I sold the company to my partner to move to North Carolina to take care of family.
I conducted Preventative maintenance on all auto insertion machinery for circuit boards, including: Radial, VCD, Board Transport, Automated Line Transport, Wave solder machine, and final quality control, APC makes battery back-ups for computers and large machinery. This job entailed many other needs within the cell unit.
Transformer winder and installation manager for steel core transformers and oil fill transformers. Inspected High Voltage up to 100kva. I also inspected oil fill and wire wound transformers to 180kv. I was the training supervisor for steel MIG, copper MIG, stick, copper TIG, and stainless TIG welding formats.
