I started my automotive career with North County Ford in 2012 as a Lot Porter. I was quickly given the opportunity to become an Internal Service Advisor, a position I held for approximately a year and a half. Wanting to better understand the vehicles and the repair process, I decided to take on a Lube Technician position. While in that role, I never shied away from challenging opportunities and quickly progressed from Lube Technician to Apprentice Technician, where I worked closely with the Transmission Department. After an additional two and a half years of hands-on experience, I relocated, which led me to pursue an opportunity closer to home. I became a Service Advisor at Lexus of Escondido, where I worked for a little over two years. After getting married and having my first child, I relocated again and began my career with Raceway Ford. I started at Raceway Ford as a Retail/Wholesale Parts Advisor. After a little over a year and a half, I was given the opportunity to become Parts Manager. From 2021 to 2025, I built and developed a strong, dependable Parts Department and created a team that I am extremely proud of. In 2025, I was offered the opportunity to become Parts & Service Director, a position I continue to hold today. Throughout my career, I have made it a priority to learn every aspect of the dealership business, take on challenging opportunities, and develop strong teams. My experience across the fixed ops side of the business has given me a well-rounded understanding of dealership operations and the importance of strong communication between departments.
