  • As a Senior Client Representative was responsible for ensuring cost effective delivery of customer needs from small air-freight shipments to large scale events such as the Superbowl.
  • Worked with broadcast partners such as the NFL, NBA, NHL, Fox News, Fox Sports, ESPN and their partners to strategically plan shipping for large scale events from Presidential Debates to Playoffs and the Superbowl.
  • Took over the accounts of existing clients such as the NBA, NFL, and Fox News using the execution of seamless customer service grew these accounts and increased revenue.
  • When issues arose with shipping (weather, miss-directed packages) worked with clients to come up with workable solutions within needed time frame to make sure broadcasts were not interrupted or did not lose quality.
