I'm hoping my next move and longer journey will be with your company.
This was a fun job as well My dad at the time work at the same company for the first two and a half years I was in MSC wall layer those are the walls underneath a bridge or underpass yeah I would install those using heavy equipment and a team then I left that to do survey for 2 years and wasn't really happy there because it was mostly just driving from job to job in a truck I spent more time on the road than I did on an actual job site. So for a year and a half after that I got moved and got a big raise to be just equipment only which I ran a roller a combination a front end loader a water truck a dump truck and that's about it.
This was by far one of my funnest jobs not only because was I self-employed but it had everything I was interested in the time paying me so for these years I would go to every hydroponic store in a 50 to 75 mi radius by all their scratch and dent products and products that were ripped that they couldn't put on the showroom floor and they couldn't sell I bought at a discount took them home clean them up fix them and then sold them for profit on eBay and Amazon I'm a power seller on both platforms and I got really good at it to where I was getting a truck with three to four pallets fully loaded of each product breaking it down and selling it to small quantities for people that didn't need a 50 lb bag of clay pebbles they only needed 1 lb but I could turn that 50 lb bag of clay pebbles that cost me $39 into $150 profit. While doing this job gave me enough money to produce my music career which I did pretty good I got a 3-year contract by two labels indie labels and they bought me a lot of a music equipment. And hanging out with some amazing people.
At hanging O'Reilly's I started out as a server to learn the menu and quickly realized I didn't want to be a server so I became a prep cook then was promoted to grill and fryers and then a short while after that I was kicked up to sous chef because I made my boss an amazing meal. (Scratch made chicken Alfredo). Really a fun place to work met a lot of cool people.
beef 'o' Brady's was my first long-term job I would open the bar in the morning and bartend until around 1:00 2:00 pm then from 2:00 to about 6:00 I would serve food as a server. Then from 6:00 to 12: 00am I would cook in the kitchen and also close the kitchen mop floors clean fryers etc.
Fyi. I left this job because my next employer recruited me and offered me better location and better money.
I drove the tram at the magic Kingdom parking lot picking up guest and taking them to the monorail system to go to the different parks. Also sold souvenirs on what they called the glow carts everything that glowed in the dark kids love them.
