As a Lead Firefighter I was responsible for a major firefighting apparatus with an assigned crew of four personnel, responding to and mitigating emergency incidents including medical emergencies, structural fires, wildland fires, aircraft mishaps, hazardous materials incidents, vehicle accidents, etc. In addition writing incident reports, conducting crew level training, equipment inspections and maintaining mission readiness.
