Summary

I feel one of my most important attributes as an employee and a pharmacist is loyalty. I am loyal to the company I work for and to the customer I am serving. I work very hard at doing my best to meet both of these important needs. After about 5 years of working at the same pharmacy I started to find it monotonous. As I stopped worrying about myself and numbers and started focusing on my relationship with my customers and coworkers I found that I started finding a lot more joy in my career and personal life. I have always been driven by competition. I work hard at doing my best. I no longer have the need to be the best, I only desire I do my best. I've learned a pharmacy is a part of a community and those coming in want to know they are known and they are cared about. I hope to take this knowledge to the next chapter of my life.
