  • Structural tig welded shields, lugs for spacer tube, and baffle plates in between panels.
  • Replaced water wall panel and burner panels milled and prepped to fit new ones in place.
  • Replaced 70% of the water walls on the boiler.

  • Rigged old panels and flew them to the ground using 5 tugger lines.
  • I also rigged new panels off of monorail and fit them into place, cut out bad panel packs and milled, prepped, and fit new ones in.
  • Milled, prepped, and fit 2 ¼ chrome tubes as well as stainless tubes.
  • Rigged 100,000 lb. header and brought it up to elevation.
