when I started at Serra Toyota in 2014, I was a new car sales for two years, both years I made Pros and Serra sales champion, selling roughly 250 cars each year exceeding the program number by 100 cars, I was then promoted into Finance and consistently Beat the objective given to me month after month, for eight years in a row, never once missing my Number, or the maximum percentage of my pay plan.
