Multiple leadership positions at the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Research Center included Vice-President of Marketing, Director of Economics & Policy Analysis, and Director of Energy Engineering. Led the U.S. DOE Building America Program, Net Zero Energy Home Program, and Advanced Housing Technology Program. Managed creation of the national Builder and Consumer Practices residential construction surveys and professional quantitative and qualitative market research practices. Established and led Ryland Homes operations in Eastern Europe including home design, land acquisition, approvals and financing.
