- Invited member of U.S. DOE/FEMA led Puerto Rico 100 Advisory Group to develop roadmap to achieve 100% renewables by 2050.

- Led team that developed CRAFT (Community Resilience Assessment Framework & Tools) for local government equitable climate resilience assessments.

- Responsible for solar and storage, energy efficiency, and grid resilience programs for U.S. DOE and national labs (NREL, LBNL, and NETL)

Established BuildingInsight LLC, a full-service marketing research and strategy consulting firm. Known for leading edge B2B, B2C, B2G building products and systems, clean energy, corporate social responsibility, and sustainability research and brand strategy in the built environment. Clients included multiple global fortune 100 firms, trade and industry professional organizations, and national nonprofits. Currently an IBTS subsidiary.

Established custom home design-build firm with focus on high-performance, energy efficient, sustainable construction. Achieved highest ever Arlington County green building rating based on Earth Craft Program.

Multiple leadership positions at the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Research Center included Vice-President of Marketing, Director of Economics & Policy Analysis, and Director of Energy Engineering. Led the U.S. DOE Building America Program, Net Zero Energy Home Program, and Advanced Housing Technology Program. Managed creation of the national Builder and Consumer Practices residential construction surveys and professional quantitative and qualitative market research practices. Member of four person executive team leading 80 to 100 employee organization.

Established and led Ryland Homes operations in Eastern Europe including home design, land acquisition, approvals and financing. Selected for Division Director Executive Rotational Training Program to lead sales and marketing in single-family home community. Ryland was then fourth largest U.S. homebuilder building 10,000 homes per year. Conducted business in German language.

Created energy efficiency standards, transitioned company to engineered wood construction, led truss & open-wall panel design and engineering, in=plant and field service quality management Weyerhaueser Company production home builder of up to 1400 homes per year.

Supported adoption of computer graphics and robotics programs in research and development department. Conducted business in German language.

Supported in-plant vehicle production quality assurance.
