Duties: Supervise kitchen staff. Place produce, protein, and dry stores orders. Work any position necessary for any service. Assist in organization and cleanliness of kitchen as a whole. Carry out any orders given by senior management. Duties: Set up cold side of in room dining line for breakfast. Cook breakfast service. Flip line for lunch, prep for next day's breakfast. Help with prep for dinner service for in room dining or Vineyard Grill.
