Training my own staff of lifeguards, responsible for teaching and ensuring their strong proficiency in CPR, First Aid, and identification of life threatening emergencies. Additionally, organizing and directing recreational aquatic lessons for varying aged participants.

Provided speech therapy & diagnostics, specifically to the pediatric population, under direct supervision of a variety of CCC-SLP's. Patients diagnoses included: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Receptive & Expressive Language Disorders, Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS), Speech Sound, Seizure Disorders, Pediatric Dysphagia, & Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC) Device users.

Provided speech therapy and diagnostics under direct supervision of a variety of CCC-SLP's to individuals across the life span with diagnoses including: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Receptive & Expressive Language Disorders, Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS), Speech Sound, Dysarthria, Left & Right Hemisphere CVA's, & Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC) Device users.

Engaged in patron surveillance to ensure knowledge in responding to signs of distress and life threatening emergencies. Ensured understanding and compliance of beach & pool regulations as well as instructed aquatic lessons, providing recreational services to varying aged participants.

Distributed meals, clothing, and shelter to individuals in need including the homeless, disabled, and those suffering with mental health challenges. Gained exposure working with diverse groups of individuals with disabilities ranging from mild to severe.
