  • Led the Florida Region territory realignment work stream that accounted for current market size, penetration, and potential growth to strategically place employees in areas that support our grow-maintain-win 2024 corporate strategy. I organized 1.3 million business passing's into 42 sales organizations.
  • Led the Florida Region compensation realignment communication planning and execution. In this work stream, I worked with legal and HR teams to develop a go to market strategy for roll out and had positive net promoter scores in the follow survey due to my preparation and approach to the compensation change.
  • Currently managing network investment into 4 metropolitan markets in Central Florida from project management, sales strategy, and divisional presentations tracking ROI.
