Answer emergent 911 calls as well 10 digit lines. Dispatch police, fire, and ems emergencies. Manage the daily operations of the 911 department in the deputy director absence. Utilize NCIC in all aspects. Perform monthly safety checks of the building and equipment. Repair damaged equipment such as radio and telephone cords. Responsible for quarterly and annual employee evaluations. Lead and represent the department in the public. Spearhead the updating and revisions to the department SOGs and Supervisor Handbook. Composed the new employee tier system that deals with pay. Also composed the supervisor hiring process.

• Inspected apparatus, equipment, grounds, and stations for proper order and condition.
• Educated public and community members on fire safety and prevention methods to provide life-saving techniques.
• Utilized technical expertise in operating specialized firefighting equipment such as aerial ladders, hydraulic extrication tools, and thermal imaging cameras.
• Performed all duties assigned to a firefighter/EMT. Was a member of the Hazmat and Technical Rescue Team. Also a member of the Wildfire Team and Honor Guard.
