While working for Think Packaging, I became versatile in many aspects of the operating procedures. Not only am I the warehouse manager, but I am also the direct assistant to the Operations Manager. I am in charge of scheduling jobs and calculating out the length of time and amount of people it takes to run each job. As the warehouse manager, I directly supervise a team of 4 forklift operators and ensure all pallets coming in and out of the warehouse are correctly accounted for in the inventory system. I also run the rotary labeling machines and do maintenance on all the equipment in the warehouse. I am the direct contact person for troubleshooting on labeling machines, as well as repairs and maintenance on forklifts. I am responsible for completion of paperwork on production runs, and keeping physical inventory counts accurate. As the assistant to the operations manager, I also have a key to the building and come in early to open shop and get all equipment ready for business during the working week. I am also on the trouble shooting list if the alarm goes off and handle and problems that arise on the property.
While working for TGKY I was responsible for quality of all products produced during my shift. It was also my job to enforce all company quality standards during my shift to meet the goal of 0 PPM. As supervisor of 45 -50 employees, it was my job to enforce safety procedures. During my time at TGKY I had zero reportable accidents on my shifts. I was responsible for filling positions due to absent team members and scheduling overtime. I also had to conduct ISO 9001/TS16949 compliance.
Responsible for quality of all products produced during shift. It was my job to enforce all regulations to include: federal, state, and local. I was responsible for all required documents during shift to include: quality, government panel information, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and proof checking of the alcohol. I had to ensure that all team members adhered to the personal protective equipment (PPE) and uniform standards.
As the label and capper operator, I was responsible for the application of labels; both pressure sensitive and wet glue. I was required to keep accurate records of all required documents with each production run. (HACCP) My responsibilities included the following: operation of labeling equipment and cappers, changing out rolls of labels within an efficient time frame to keep production going, troubleshoot any mechanical errors on the labeling machine, assist team members if they had questions or issues on the production line.
During my time at Pre-Deco, Inc., I was in charge of set up of rotary labeling machine, as well as operation and maintenance of it. I was also the production manager where I scheduled all jobs to be completed in a timely manner. I was responsible for coordination of all inbound and outbound loads, to include all bills of lading and their appropriate paperwork. I also was in charge of all production components that included glass, cardboard, labels, plastics, pallets, etc...
While working as a recruiter for the US Army, my job was to scout potential talent to serve our country. This meant going door to door, set up booths at events, schools, holiday functions, festivals, etc... In addition to scouting out new recruitments, I had to also to do the following:

I developed specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work tasks. I received an Honorable discharge once my assignment ended.
While working as a battle tank crew member, I held a rating of E5. I served in operation Iraqi Freedom. I was awarded the following: Good Conduct Medal (2005, 2008), Army Commendation Medal (2004, 2007, 2008), Army Achievement Medal (2003, 2006), amongst many other awards.
