Fully bilingual in English and Spanish and proudly raised in Plainfield, New Jersey, I am passionate about serving the community that raised me. Having personally experienced language barriers and administrative challenges, I understand the importance of ensuring every family feels heard, respected, and supported. My ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds, communicate effectively, and build trust allows me to serve as a natural bridge between students, families, school staff, and community organizations.

I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence in everything I do. I approach every responsibility with professionalism, accountability, and a strong desire to solve problems rather than simply identify them. I am known for learning new systems quickly, adapting with minimal supervision, and consistently following through until every task is completed to the highest standard. My strong communication skills, confidence when interacting with others, and calm approach under pressure allow me to handle sensitive situations with maturity and professionalism. As a former multi-sport student-athlete in Wrestling and Golf, I developed discipline, resilience, leadership, teamwork, and the ability to remain focused in demanding environments. Balancing athletics, academics, and personal responsibilities taught me accountability, time management, and the importance of supporting those around me. Earning the Varsity Golf MVP award reflects my dedication, consistency, and commitment to helping my team succeed. I recently earned an Associate of Science in General Business from Union College of Union County, where I strengthened my organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities while becoming proficient in Microsoft Office and modern technology. I am a fast learner who embraces new responsibilities and continuously looks for ways to improve processes and better serve others.

Although I am early in my professional career, I bring qualities that cannot be taught: genuine compassion, integrity, strong work ethic, cultural understanding, determination, and an unwavering commitment to helping students and families succeed. I view the Family Liaison position as more than a job—it is an opportunity to give back to the community that shaped me and to become a trusted advocate who is always willing to go the extra mile for every student and family.
