I have been working at IBM through Manpower since February of 2022. In that time I have learned a lot about manufacturing and have developed a lot of skills since then. I am able to learn new tasks easily and implement skills or principles I have learned from previous jobs or outside experience into what I currently do which has made me successful at what I do so far. Before I worked at IBM I had close to a decade of restaurant experience, mostly cooking but that taught me how to move fast and efficiently, I memorize how to assemble things the way I memorized recipes. And using and maintaing various different equipment in kitchens has mad me comfortable and knowledgeable enough to implement those types of principles into what I do now. I I've also been doing landscaping and many odd jobs that require my hands and various tools and power equipment since I was a kid. And I still do that in my freetime to earn some extra some extra cash. Doing those types of jobs over the years has taught me discipline, how to work with different types of people and being comfortable operating lots of different tools and machinery.
