  • Devised and deployed sales and marketing tactics to drive strategic growth and support achievement of revenue goals.
  • Put together realistic budgets based upon costs and fees for successfully operating business. Each of my business locations were unique therefore, each had to be researched and monitored to see what best fit that market.
  • Served as primary point-of-contact with suppliers and contractors to achieve inventory expectations. My business locations had individual needs per each territory so therefore, no two were alike.
  • Oversaw end-to-end business processes to maintain proficiency and profitability. Realizing that if the cost to send a technician out on a call was not being profited by his sale, something had to change.
  • Monitored staff performance, providing final-say assessment over inquiries.
  • Led screening, hiring and staff scheduling to maintain compliance with group goals. The hiring process of each employee was performed only by myself as I wanted to be an intrigal part of each employee.
  • Studied market to determine optimal pricing of goods and capitalize on emerging opportunities. The market in a 40,000 poplulation is very different than the population of a 2 million. They are to be treated completely different.
  • Trained and motivated employees to perform daily business functions. I am the first to realize that not everyone wakes each morning with the motivation to accomplish goals for the day, therefore we must be the motivator for each of our employees with positive and inspiring words and praise.
